Payment & Cancellation
THE RV ROOFS ARE OFF LIMITS.
We do not want to turn away customers and miss out on being able to rent the RV/Travel Trailer and have to keep the rental fees. At other rental companies it is all kept if canceled after full payment is made.

The unit must be returned with the black & grey tanks empty, clean inside & outside, and undamaged.
Insurance:
You must have current liability coverage on your tow vehicle. At time of departure, a copy of your tow vehicle insurance card will be made. The Renter’s name must match the name on the insurance card. By state law, liability insurance goes with the tow vehicle. Collision and Comprehensive damage coverage is included with the trailer rental but you are responsible for the first $500.
****Inside damage is NOT covered. Negligent damage or awning damage is not covered*****
- Reservation Deposit: A Reservation deposits is to secure the RV/Travel Trailer and the rental dates. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the pickup date. If under 4 weeks, then payment is due in full at reservation time.
PAYMENT DUE DATE: All payments are required 4 weeks before the rental date. IF YOU ARE RENTING THE CAMPER IN LESS THEN 4 WEEKS, THE FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN YOU SCHEDULE YOUR RENTAL! - 1. Credit Card / Paypal:
- 2. CHECK - We accept checks, BUT we must received your check 4 weeks prior to the rental date of your scheduled reservation. If the scheduled reservation exceeds the $250 deposit, and the balance is exceeds the $250 reservation deposit, we will contact you 5-6 weeks before your scheduled reservation. If you are paying by check for the reservation deposit, the $250 reservation deposit must be sent out in a timely manner (not to exceed 72hrs) after you make the initial reservation.
- 3. Security/Damage Deposit. We accepted cash or Paypal for the $350 security deposit. If you are from out of state, a $500 security deposit will be required. Paypal is your best option if you are planning on returning the RV/Travel Trailer during non-business hours. This will make returning your security/damage deposit to you done in a timely manner.
- 4. PAYMENT /CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we do not refund the $250 reservation deposit IF:- 1. You have paid in full and we are less then 30 days from your rental date. We will refund you the amount paid less the $250 reservation deposit.
- 2. If it is a HOLIDAY (see below) you have a camper reserved, then we do not refund any of your rental amount.
- Holidays:

- Damages and/or Maintenance:
Scheduling Pick Up Time:- Please allow 1 hour to complete the checkout process and necessary paperwork. Our knowledgeable staff will properly show you all the features of our RV's/Travel Trailers, the "dos and don'ts. All pick-up times shall be discussed at least two days before scheduled reservation pick up time. This will help avoid any surprises or delays. If you choose, you may call or e-mail a few days before your departure date.
- Your tow vehicle must be already to tow on the day of pickup. We will inspect the tow vehicle PRIOR to allowing the departure of our RV's/Travel Trailer to insure its properly equipped to handle the towing capabilities of the RV/Travel Trailer. You will need to have the correct wiring, electrical connection (7 prong),brake controller installed, and an adequate hitch. Your tires must have adequate tread. If your tow vehicle is pre-wired for a brake controller and do not have a brake controller, you may rent a brake controller from us at a rate of $25 per rental period.
Delivery & Pick Up Service:
There is an optional fee for delivery and pick up of the rental unit. Fees may vary depending on distance. Please call or e-mail us for details.
Condition of Unit Upon Return: - Campers are clean and sanitized before each rental. You must return the camper in the same condition or there is a $50 cleaning fee. Rental units must be returned clean, and empty of any waste and/or trash. A $350- refundable security / damage deposit required at pickup if paid in cash - $500 for out of state rentals or the day before camper pickup. If paid via credit card, we get a temporary authorization on your card. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED - $150 FINE if it is found that pets or smoking have been in the camper and will be subtracted from the security/damage deposit.
Waste tanks are empty at pickup You must return the RV/Travel Trailer with the waste tanks empty before return or there is a $35 charge to empty. - Reservation Deposits: This is a mandatory $350 fee(full amount is due if under $350) This fee is required to hold a particular unit and particular time slot for each customer. This fee will be applied to the actual/total rental fee . This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
- Security/Damage Deposit: This is a mandatory $350.00 fee - $500 if out of state rental . Please note any issues with the vehicle before leaving the rental agency. If after the unit is returned and thoroughly checked by our technicians, about 7 working days, and there are no problems/damages or extra fees incurred, the full damage deposit will be returned to you.

- Discounts
A 10% discount may be offered off the current nightly rate on select RV's/Travel Trailers to repeat customers who have rented from us at least 2 time. Please call or e-mail for more information.
